He has played a pivotal role as a leader at Tech Mahindra, where he served as the Business Unit Head for crucial regions spanning the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Japan, and India within the Communications, Media & Entertainment Vertical. Additionally, he has steered the Global Digital Business, overseeing Cloud, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Blockchain initiatives. Rajesh has also led the Strategic Business Unit of APAC Enterprise business, driving substantial growth across diverse verticals. His tenure as the head of the Europe business for Tech Mahindra, lasting five years, played a transformative role in enhancing enterprise and telecom businesses throughout European countries.
