The CSP is an integrated fixed and mobile services provider in the UAE, offering fixed-line, mobile telephony, internet, and digital TV services. Its digital services strategy was focused on becoming an aggregator of content in local languages to cater to a diverse population. To make a digital content aggregation service possible, the CSP had to expand its digital portfolio and partner ecosystem, while ensuring all content and services comply with local rules and regulations.

The CSP’s existing partner ecosystem and subscriber lifecycle management tools and operations were not ready enough to drive its next growth phase. As a result, the CSP was looking for a partner that could help to create a large catalogue of localised content while managing service and partner operations and enabling a high-quality customer experience across various channels.

Comviva helped the CSP created a new digital content ecosystem strengthened by cloud-based, end-to-end integrated content, partner, and subscriber lifecycle management.

The goal was to build a localized content strategy to be delivered via a digital platform that ensured a high-quality customer experience. Comviva’s expertise in business operations and content aggregation helped the CSP build a content partner ecosystem while optimising its existing systems and processes to reduce costs, improve service availability, and generate new revenue. End-to-end managed services are delivered through Comviva’s Digital Service Delivery Platform (DSDP), deployed on the AWS cloud. This helped reduce the implementation time for deployment from an estimated six to nine months down to 45 days.
