Rajesh Chandiramani is Chief Executive Officer at Comviva. Popularly known as RC, he brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in spearheading global programs and initiatives across diverse organizations.
Prior to joining Comviva, he has played a pivotal role as a leader at Tech Mahindra, where he served as the Business Unit Head for strategic markets spanning the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Japan, and India within the communications, media and entertainment (CME) vertical. Additionally, he has steered the global digital business, overseeing cloud, data and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and blockchain technologies for TechM. Rajesh has also led the Strategic Business Unit of APAC enterprise business, driving substantial growth across diverse verticals. His tenure as the head of the Europe enterprise business for Tech Mahindra, lasting five years, played a transformative role in enhancing enterprise and telecom businesses throughout European countries.
As a leader poised to shape the future of technology, Rajesh Chandiramani epitomizes excellence in the realm of business leadership. Having held senior positions at renowned multinational organizations such as BCGI, Capgemini, Comverse, Tata, Global Telesystems, and Hughes Network Systems, Rajesh is esteemed for his leadership acumen, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to driving digital impact.
An alumnus of prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Michigan University, Rajesh brings a wealth of knowledge and insights to managing businesses, encompassing a wide range of high-value solutions including IT applications, infrastructure, networks, consultancy, and professional services.


Manish Singhal is a growth architect with over 20 years of global experience across telecom, MarTech, and FMCG. As Product Unit Leader for Comviva’s MarTech business, he drives the unit’s strategy, P&L, and market expansion with a strong focus on execution excellence and customer impact.
He has a proven record of leading multi-country teams, scaling partner ecosystems, and delivering transformational business outcomes—including sustained 2x+ growth in revenue and margins.
Manish plays a critical role in shaping the future of Comviva’s MarTech portfolio, anchoring its innovation agenda, strengthening its global footprint, and accelerating value creation for customers and partners worldwide.

Atul Saraf has joined Comviva as Senior Vice President & Head of Growth Market Unit (Europe & Americas). With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Atul brings a strong track record of driving sales growth, strategic execution, and operational excellence, particularly in the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors. Prior to joining Comviva, he served as the Head of Network Infrastructure Business Europe at Tech Mahindra, where he led cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative telecom network solutions. Atul holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is a Fellow (FCMI) and Chartered Manager (CMgr) with the Chartered Management Institute. His core strengths lie in customer relationship management, CXO-level engagement, and building high-performing teams aligned to long-term strategic goals. Passionate about technology’s role in business transformation, Atul has deep domain expertise in wireless, transport, FTTx, and virtualized networks, and a strong entrepreneurial flair for building and scaling new business units. At Comviva, he will spearhead the growth strategy across Europe and the Americas, strengthening partnerships with telecom operators and driving impactful outcomes.

Deshbandhu (Desh) is the Chief Operating Officer for the RevTech business at Comviva, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, driving profitability, and envisioning the product roadmap. The RevTech portfolio under his leadership includes Communication Stack, CNPaaS, 5G API Monetization, and OTT Monetization for Telcos, scaling to serve over 100 Telcos and processing over 1 trillion annual transactions. Before joining Comviva, Desh was a Technology Consultant at HP USA, where he partnered with esteemed clients such as T-Mobile, Starbucks, and Disney. He excelled in leveraging technology to tackle complex business challenges and optimize operational efficiency across diverse industries.
Desh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from Nirma Institute of Technology. His educational foundation complements his strategic and analytical approach to business leadership. Desh is renowned for his strategic acumen, analytical mindset, and dedication to driving business growth through innovative, customer-centric solutions. He cultivates a culture of collaboration and continuous innovation within the RevTech business at Comviva.



Rohit Kaul is a seasoned telecom leader with over 24 years of global experience, recognized for driving strategic account growth, sales excellence, and large-scale transformation across the telecommunications industry. With more than 15 years in the MEA telecom market, he has partnered with all leading operators across the continent and previously led strategic engagements in APAC region. His earlier leadership roles at OnMobile, Redknee, and Ericsson have further deepened his expertise in telecom technologies, solution selling, and customer management.
In his current role as Senior Vice President – Sales & Head of Key Accounts at Comviva, Rohit oversees some of the company’s most critical client relationships and will head the revenue and sales charter for key accounts, including Airtel Africa, MTN, and Orange, ensuring sustained business performance and strengthened customer success. Known for his strategic acumen, relationship leadership, and execution-focused approach, Rohit plays a pivotal role in enhancing value delivery and advancing Comviva’s growth across the region.
Rohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Noida, an Executive Program in Project Management from IIT Roorkee, and the CXO Leadership Program from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business—bringing together strong technical expertise with seasoned global leadership.
