Amol Uday Phadke

Mr. Amol Phadke is a seasoned global technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience across the telecommunications, cloud, AI, software, and digital transformation sectors. He currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Tech Mahindra, supporting the CEO on strategic initiatives and the global growth of the Communications vertical. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President & Group Chief Technology Officer at Telenor Group, a member of the Group Executive Management Team, responsible for technology strategy, research and innovation, security, procurement, and ecosystem partnerships. He also served as Global General Manager for the Communications Service Provider Industry Vertical at Google Cloud and has held leadership positions with Accenture, Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), and BT Group across the US, UK, Singapore, and India.

Mr. Amol brings extensive international leadership, Board, and industry governance experience, having served on the Board and Executive Committee of True Corporation and currently serving on the Boards of TM Forum and the TM Forum Autonomous Networks Mission Board. He is a founding partner in an angel investment firm supporting early-stage technology startups and is a recognised thought leader, author, and keynote speaker on digital transformation, AI, cloud technologies, and 5G. He holds a Double-Degree Executive MBA from UCLA and the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he was awarded the C.H. Wee Gold Medal for outstanding academic achievement, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
