Kalyan is a seasoned technology and platform leader with over 25 years of experience spanning telecom and enterprise SaaS. Known for his deep technical expertise and strong leadership acumen, Kalyan specializes in building and scaling high-performing R&D and delivery organizations across global geographies and cultures.

As Unit Head – BlueMarble, Kalyan brings his extensive platform leadership experience to drive the vision and growth of the business. He joins from Salesforce (SFDC), where his last role involved building and scaling their Agentic Partner Cloud platform and business, giving him deep insight into next-generation, AI-driven platform ecosystems.

Kalyan began his career in the telecom space, focusing on OSS/BSS, and spent more than two decades building his expertise across Nokia Siemens Networks, Redknee, Dynacommerce, and Netcracker. In these roles, he led large, global R&D and delivery organizations, architecting and delivering robust billing and charging solutions for Tier-1 operators worldwide. Kalyan is passionate about fostering innovation and building highly motivated cross-cultural teams that consistently deliver at scale.

Through his tenure across these leading organizations, Kalyan has developed a proven track record of setting up and scaling teams that drive technical excellence and operational efficiency, contributing significantly to the success of some of the industry’s most complex telecom transformations.
