Manish Agrawal

Manish is a techno-business leader with over 30 years of cross-vertical experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, and BFSI. He has vast experience of consulting and implementation of business & technology transformation for large enterprises across the globe. He has an impeccable track record of speedy business transformations by effectively leveraging his techno-business skills and collaborative approach of working. 

 

Prior to joining Comviva, he spent about 2 decades at Tech Mahindra, where he held multiple leadership roles including geography business head, global telecom competency & solutions, global large deals & strategic initiatives, and delivery & operations. As his last assignment, he revamped Tech Mahindra’s telecom portfolio with autonomous and agentic AI telecom propositions. 

 

In his current role at Comviva, Manish is heading all product business units and technology and service delivery functions. He is leading the charter for hyper growth with Agentified (AI) and SaaSified (Cloud) product enhancements, hitech engineering for business expansion in Europe, America, APAC and new industry verticals, beyond telecom. 

 

He is an engineering graduate by qualification with many professional & technology certifications. He is a speaker, trainer, and panelist at global forums and events.

 

Outside of work, Manish is a passionate technologist and lifelong learner, keenly interested in deep tech, certifications, global affairs, music, and social causes.
