The RevTech portfolio under his leadership includes Communication Stack, CNPaaS, 5G API Monetization, and OTT Monetization for Telcos, scaling to serve over 100 Telcos and processing over 1 trillion annual transactions. Before joining Comviva, Desh was a Technology Consultant at HP USA, where he partnered with esteemed clients such as T-Mobile, Starbucks, and Disney. He excelled in leveraging technology to tackle complex business challenges and optimize operational efficiency across diverse industries.

Desh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from Nirma Institute of Technology. Rajesh Chandiramani is Chief Executive Officer at Comviva. Popularly known as RC, he brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience in spearheading global programs and initiatives across diverse organizations.

Prior to joining Comviva, he has played a pivotal role as a leader at Tech Mahindra, where he served as the Business Unit Head for strategic markets spanning the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Japan, and India within the communications, media and entertainment (CME) vertical. Additionally, he has steered the global digital business, overseeing cloud, data and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and blockchain technologies for TechM. Rajesh has also led the Strategic Business Unit of APAC enterprise business, driving substantial growth across diverse verticals. His tenure as the head of the Europe enterprise business for Tech Mahindra, lasting five years, played a transformative role in enhancing enterprise and telecom businesses throughout European countries.

Srinivas Nidugondi (Srini) is an astute leader with over 26 years of experience in the financial services, payments, and commerce industries. As the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Comviva’s FinTech business unit, he leads a team that provides financial solutions to over 130 global Banks, Financial Institutions, and Telcos, benefiting more than 1 billion consumers and processing over $250 billion in payment flows annually.

Srini is passionate about “technology for good, and real development.” Through his transformative work with Mobiquity, the world’s largest mobile money platform, he has contributed to the empowerment of millions of financially excluded individuals globally and positively impacted multiple SDGs. He has not only solidified Comviva’s leadership position in the mobile money space but also diversified the solution portfolio to encompass a comprehensive suite of products and solutions catering to Banks, Telcos, and Fintechs.

Before joining Comviva, Srinivas established and led the business for online banking and mobile payments at ICICI Bank. He also held key roles in product management and business development functions in start-ups and IT product companies. He has many distinctions, including heading India’s first digital-only banking offering, defining the world’s first mobile payments interoperability standard; South Asia’s first mobile banking offering; being part of the first nationwide financial infrastructure for MFIs among others.

Srini holds an MBA degree from MDI Gurgaon. Outside of work, Srini enjoys exploring various cuisines, reading philosophy, history, and spy thrillers, and indulging in his favourite pastime of writing limericks.

Suryadeep is the Chief Marketing Officer at Comviva, where he oversees the company’s global marketing strategy to build the brand and accelerate customer adoption of its solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, strategy, business development, and sales, he has defined strategies and led demand generation, brand, channel marketing, and sales enablement programs in various roles over the years.

Prior to joining Comviva, Suryadeep has held senior leadership positions at technology companies like HCL, IBM, and BMR Advisors.

Suryadeep holds a Master of Business Administration from FMS Delhi and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from IIT BHU Varanasi. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA.
