Suresh Khosla is a senior business leader at Comviva, responsible for driving growth and business in India, APAC, ANZ, Japan and the African markets. His 27 years of experience is a blend of Sales, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Go To Market (GTM) and building business across Telecom, Platforms, IT Services, Outsourcing and Enterprises. He started his sales journey in China working for a global tech company and successfully built their business from zero to multi million dollars, securing Tier 1 customers across Greater China, S.Korea and Taiwan. He has continued his hunting in UK / Europe and then transitioned to build business in Africa and Middle East region. He has a rich multi-geography experience of building business globally and have been working and living in markets of India, China, APAC, UK and Middle East Africa countries. His understanding of cultures and the way business is done in these geographies is invaluable. In the past, Suresh has worked with leading organizations like CapGemini, Comverse, Tech Mahindra, Perot Systems Corp, Hughes Software and Globallogic (Hitachi).

 

Suresh strongly believes that the key to his success has always been exceptional teamwork and onboarding right leaders who can drive business growth and bring customer centricity. His ability to build positive, winning, real and virtual teams and to drive them all towards customer success has always been his constant endeavor. He loves to run half marathons when not travelling, play volleyball and enjoys the intriguing world of Quantum physics.

Willie is senior executive with more than 35 years of experience in the Consulting, ICT and Telecom Industry. Most of it with leading Telecommunications companies (Bharti Airtel and Vodafone) and a leading consulting firm (Coopers & Lybrand). More recently, Willie has been fulfilling various Non-Executive Board Roles and with active participation in various Sales and Marketing initiatives. Willie has a balanced technical- and commercial understanding of Telecommunications and Technology companies.

He is experienced in large-scale transformation projects, establishing new processes and building effective teams across an international footprint having been involved in the start-up phase of various operators, as well as business turnaround and optimization for more mature organizations. He has held several senior positions in Operations, Marketing, Technology and Sales on a national- and international level.

Currently as Senior Vice President at Comviva he has oversight of our relationships with our Key Accounts.
